- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of production-grade software systems.
- Take ownership of technical decisions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following engineering best practices.
- Review code, improve system performance, and ensure reliability and security of applications.
- Collaborate closely with product, business, and design teams to deliver robust and impactful solutions.
We are looking for an experienced engineer who is comfortable taking technical ownership, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-moving consulting environment.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development or a related engineering role.
- Strong experience with at least one core programming language such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and modern web application architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers and lead by example.
