Marketing & Growth

B2B Marketing Specialist

Own Anvris’s B2B marketing from strategy to pipeline. Work directly with leadership, run every channel yourself, and drive international growth in Australia and the US.

  • Ho Chi Minh, VN
  • Part-time
  • Hybrid

At Anvris, we build practical, scalable software solutions for real-world business challenges. As our part-time Senior B2B Marketing Specialist, you will plan our marketing strategy and run it across every channel, building the pipeline that supports Sales in Australia and the US.

  • Build the annual and quarterly marketing plan, including ICPs, positioning, messaging, channel mix, budget, and KPIs, and plan go-to-market for new markets and services with leadership and Sales.
  • Own content and SEO/AEO across the website, blog, email, case studies, white papers, and sales collateral.
  • Run social media across the right platforms, keep brand voice consistent, and build executive thought leadership for our leaders.
  • Drive inbound demand with lead magnets, landing pages, and email nurturing, then hand qualified leads to Sales through the CRM.
  • Run outbound and ABM: build target account lists, write LinkedIn and email sequences, and support Sales in booking meetings.
  • Plan and run webinars, workshops, and industry events, and turn attendees into qualified leads and meetings.
  • Manage the website, paid campaigns, and analytics (GA4, Search Console, CRM), using AI tools and automation to move faster.
  • Build partnerships with tech vendors, agencies, and referral partners, including co-marketing, award applications, and memberships.

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven marketer who can plan the strategy, execute it hands-on, and show results in pipeline numbers.

  • 5+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years in B2B technology, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Proven experience writing marketing plans and GTM strategies, then executing them yourself.
  • Hands-on skills across content, SEO, website management (WordPress, Webflow, or similar), email, social media, ABM, outbound, events, and paid digital.
  • A track record tied to pipeline: MQLs, meetings booked, and demos or deals influenced, with numbers you can share.
  • Excellent written English for an international B2B audience; Vietnamese is a plus.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, a CRM (HubSpot or similar), and Apollo or Sales Navigator.
  • Nice to have: daily use of AI tools, Canva and basic video editing, automation (Make or Zapier), and campaign experience in the US, Australia, or APAC.

Joining Anvris means real ownership of how we grow: you shape the strategy, work directly with leadership, and build marketing for an international B2B audience in a supportive, low-ego, and impact-driven environment.

  • Real ownership of marketing strategy, not just task execution.
  • Direct work with leadership on international B2B growth.
  • Flexible part-time schedule (about 20 hours per week) and remote-friendly culture.
  • Competitive pay for a part-time senior role.
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time or lead marketing role as Anvris expands.
