Engagement model
Design work usually starts with a short research phase, followed by design sprints with a clear output at the end of each. Brand identity can be a project of its own. When the design is ready, our engineers can build it, or we hand it to your team with full support. We agree the scope, team and pricing model with you before work starts.
Your team
A senior product designer leads the work, joined by UX researchers and UI or brand designers as needed, and works closely with the engineers who will build it.
Working hours
Our team works from Ho Chi Minh City (UTC+7). That's within an hour of Singapore and Malaysia, and gives four to five hours of shared working time with the Australian east coast every day. For clients in the US we agree an overlap window at the start and handle the rest asynchronously, with written updates.

Both. Our web and app engineers can build what we design, or we hand the designs and design system to your developers and support them through the build.
Can you improve our product without a full redesign?
Yes. We often start with the screens that cause the most trouble, and introduce the design system step by step as the product changes.

Yes. We recruit participants with you, remotely or in person, and test prototypes before they're built, when changes are cheap.
